3rd Time into dealership with same transmission issues. Won't shift into reverse unless you turn the vehicle off multiple times, loud clunking noise when you do engage the gear. Hesitating when shifting, not shifting into 9th gear under 80mph. It is pretty much running the gambit of reported issues other than there are no leaks that I am aware of. We never should have traded in our Liberty. These issues started at 500 miles, BTW.

The dealer fixed what was really a major problem, having a gear in a gear box take a dump shouldn't happen. Who designed it? Who signed off on it? Why did the gear strip?

Drove the Vehicle the previous day home from a trip with no problems, but the next morning going to work and couldn't get out of driveway. Put it in drive and CLANK! It sounded like the transmission would have fallen on the ground. It would not engage in any gear. So we had to call the tow truck to haul in for repairs.
