problem #1

Cherokee Overland 3.2L V6

On July 9, 2021 I noticed the leather on my dash had lifted and wrinkled. We always use a sunscreen and ventilate the windows to keep the heat and sun damage to a minimum. The 36 month warranty expired October 2019.

I am extremely upset that Jeep will not replace this faulty product while knowing this was and is a huge problem for consumers. They offered to replace the dash for $700. I refused.

We paid nearly $50K for this Jeep Cherokee and this problem is absolutely a shame for a vehicle only 5 years old with a little over 15K miles.

We always use a sun screen for the windshield and vented the windows to reduce extreme heat.

Being a long time Jeep customer I thought Jeep was better than this. Now, the fact is I will never purchase another Jeep product because of this type of poor quality and a snub on replacing the dash.

Shame on Jeep.
