This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Jeep dealer.
Cherokee is back at the dealership with an issue with the drivetrain. Local dealer has yet to determine the exact cause of the clicking noise but have since found a loose bolt and an axle rod that needed to be replaced. The Jeep has just rolled over 8000 miles and is only 6 months into ownership and has been at the dealership for 1 1/2 weeks. I've initiated a buy back request with Chrysler as it is apparent this vehicle is not safe or reliable and will most likely become a financial burden upon the end of its warranty.

I am sick of this Jeep. Been having problems since day one. Been telling the dealership and nothing happens. Every time it’s time for an oil change transmission tripping, electrical problem, or the alternator. Over it but stuck with it. So pissed off. Got stuck on the highway with my new baby recently and now they say needs computer update. Over this sh*t. DON'T GET A JEEP CHEROKEE!
