Cherokee Limited V6

Brand new out of the box 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited...getting a shimmy/shake when accelerating from between 10 & 15 mph, more so when going up hill or making a right hand turn. Have had to dealer and they did a Transmission Control update and a Powertrain Control update; neither worked. Mechanic advised to turn off Traction Control; that helped somewhat but not entirely. Need Traction Control in New England. Had a bad experience in just leasing the vehicle and now I feel like I'm going to have a bad experience with their service department. I was so excited to get this vehicle, now I'm totally regretting it.
