I had bought this truck back in 2017 so I could have a reliable car for my new baby that was weeks away. They talked me into this one and I thought it was everything. Recently in 2019 my truck started running funny. I didn't think anything of it because I never got any codes. In December my truck started locking while driving and stating service shifter, I was so scared because this is my only car and I have a 2 year old baby that rides with me everyday.

So immediately I called Jeep who told me to take it to the nearest dealership, and while there, I'm looking to see if this issue was common and if there were multiple complaints with no help for anyone. So the guy at the dealership comes back saying there was no codes or recalls. I was so scared not only for myself but my 2 year old daughter because the truck kept locking while in traffic. I drove off without any assistance from Jeep, and now I have a truck that I have paid a lot for with issues they know they should be responsible for. I wouldn't recommend this truck to my worst enemy. This is not okay.

The dealership said it would be covered if the car was still under warranty, but since there is not recall then I have to pay out of pocket. What.. I bought car brand new and this is not even a wear and tear issue - its a design defect that the buyer must deal with.
