problem #1

Jan 162017

Cherokee Limited 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100 miles

vibration when shifting in first 3 gears

The problem with vibration when shifting did not occur at very slow speeds. However applying normal power from a standing start where the transmission would up shift through the gears caused a vibration felt in the gas pedal and steering wheel, especially from 2nd gear into third gear. The first tech bulletin was followed and the software was flashed and the vehicle returned to me.The problem has diminished although it is still present at some but not all levels of acceleration. Much less noticeable but shouldn't be present at all.
