I had just gotten on the highway, barely a mile in. Driving 72-73 mph with none of the windows down. Suddenly, my rear passenger window exploded into the car all over my 8 month old son. I have had nothing but issues with this Cherokee. I instantly called Jeep and they have had it for 2 weeks now stating Chrysler can't decide if it's a warranty issue or if I need to file it with my insurance. I've not even had this car for 2 years and I already have weather stripping coming off, the entire UConnect system had to be replaced, I've complained about transmission issues since day 1 with the only response being (if it becomes a consistent or something you can reproduce, bring it back in), and now the window. The loaner car they gave me is a 2018 Jeep Cherokee which was honestly, probably a bad idea because now I know my transmission is not functioning properly after driving a car that shifts and accelerates as it should.
