The contact owns a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the inside of the front driver-??s side door filled up with water while it was raining. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed. The dealer stated that the cause of the failure was identifiable, but the result was not disclosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 44,200.
