Took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee TH Elite, with only 4K miles on a road trip to Oregon this month. I noticed that after 2 hours of driving or so, the steering became difficult at highway speeds (70+ mph). There is a noticeable sticky spot while going straight (neutral position) when trying to make small steering adjustments, there is also a loose feeling once you break past the sticking spot in either direction (left or right), which, at 70+ MPH made the Jeep wobble a little bit when I tried to make corrections. It was scary at first, but I was able to drive 3K miles (rounds trip) just fine, however I struggled at times to keep the car going straight. Not sure if others have had the same experience.
