While I am driving on the highway, my 2006 Jeep Commander will suddenly give the message 'park assist needs servicing'. Next, the car will go in all gears PRND and stall, several times I have had to pull over and put the car in park, put it back in drive and then proceed. On 3 occasions, when I put it in park and back in drive, the Jeep did not move; finally, it shook violently then I was able to proceed. So far, the dealer and my mechanic have not been able to pin point the problem. So, I am trying to find a solution online so that I can inform them.
