We were in an accident going 35, other driver coming at us at 45-50. Hit the whole side of drivers side throwing us head on into a telephone pole. NO AIRBAGS WENT OFF!!

Was struck by another vehicle in a t-bone manner at about 40 mph which caused my Jeep Commander to spin around and barrel roll 2 revolutions before nose-over landing on the roof. Air bags never deployed. Fortunately I was the only one in my vehicle and not my wife or kids. I escaped being fatally injured but sustained other serious injuries. My Jeep Commander as well as the other car were totally demolished so no repairs will be done.
As a retired traffic cop I have had plenty of experience working wrecks, especially fatals and have seen more than my share of air bag deployments. The air bags in my Jeep SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED! Guess it's time to look for a good attorney.
