The contact owns a 2008 Jeep Commander. While pulling into a parking spot, the brakes failed to operate and the vehicle crashed. The contact spoke with the manufacturer who advised there were no recalls for brake failure. The current and failure mileages were 38,000. Updated 12/20/10
