The local dealership ipac (ingram park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) san antonio, Texas 210.998.9782 is not providing me with assistance in repairing my recalled vehicle. My Jeep was dropped off August 24, 2017 with the dealership and I was notified that an additional part needed to be ordered to complete the recall repair. I was told it would take 3 days to get the part in. I left my car until Monday 8/28/17 and when car was still not repaired I picked up so I could take my grandchildren to school. I was told I would be called when the part came in. It is now September 5th and I have not heard back from service dept. I have called 4 separate occasions and keep getting transferred to a line no one answers and with no voice mail. I was assured by ray that communication would not be an issue. I have also tried chatting with the store online and no one will answer my questions regarding the status of recall repair. I keep being told someone will call back and no one does. I am now going into week 2 since I made contact with the service dept to have my Jeep repaired. My Jeep is still not fixed and there is no scheduled date for repairs to take place.

My air bags did not deploy, and my seatbelt did not prevent me from hitting steering wheel. My neck, left knee, and chest was injured.

Jeep Compass 2010 back seat seatbelts are very loose and do not lock. When installing a car seat there is no way to make it stable or safe that I can find due to the seat belts not staying tight. Very concerned.
