A/C vent door is broke n makes a clicking 2 sounds

I recently purchased a jeep compass 2011, about a month ago i begun hearing clicking noise(click, click)around the vent system. I googled the issue and realized it's a known issue. Apparently, there is something covering the AC unit which is fragile and breaks .The dealership,confirmed it as a known problem. I am submitting a complain in addition to the other complains out there to get issue resolved. ASAP ! Thanks
