After replacing the clutch, the transmission is now clunking when we pull out. I took it to dealership because it should be under warranty, but the dealership says that it is normal. I have since taken it to 2 transmission shops and they stated it is a problem in the transmission. When I spoke with the the dealership they stated there is nothing wrong and it won't be covered under warranty, because I did not have Jeep replace the clutch. Worse vehicle I have ever owned

2016 Jeep Compass with manual transmission and with only 72,000 miles. Transmission started making a loud whining and grinding noise when driving. The noise went away when I would push in the clutch. The next day, the sound got worse, the Jeep stalled out on me, and it kept slipping out of second gear and popping into neutral. It only got worse from there. It eventually completely broke down on me, to the point where I could not even shift the Jeep into any gear.
I bought the Jeep brand new, maintained it well, never ran it hard or off road, and it was garage kept. I’ve driven manual transmissions all my life. It’s ridiculous that my Jeep Compass transmission completely failed me at less than 75k miles. And of course this isn’t covered under the limited power train warranty because I am just over the 60k time frame for the power train warranty.
