This is a 2017 compass new body style. I'm not sure when the problem happened - the car stalled with my wife driving because of low oil. I put oil in then started tracking oil consumption. When I saw how much I was using, which was near a quart a 1000 miles, I went to dealer and they did a consumption test I was told .5 every 1000. And that was acceptable. And there was no help for me.

So now I buy 12 quarts every time I change oil and use almost 4 quarts before next oil change. Help, I still owe on car.
