My parking brake literally engages while I am driving, even while in the middle of a intersection. So far, this problem only occurs after starting the vehicle when it has sat all night. The parking break engages, the car slows, the gear sifter blink (the drive symbol in this case), the dashboard says something about having the shiftier in the proper gear, the vehicle dies, and then finally the parking light illuminates. After putting the vehicle in park, turning off the parking brake, the dash board tell you to press the start button but the vehicle struggles to start. Will be have a certified Jeep deal inspect the problem soon.

I've had this car almost 2 years. This is issue has happened about 10 times. When slowing down or reversing the car will slam to a halt and the error message will pop up that the parking brake is on. This seems rather dangerous. I haven't approached the service dept regarding this because it will be another "issue" that they will not be able to "recreate"...therefore wasting my time with no resolution...Trading this POS first chance I get!

First had to have key fob and lock/unlock button in door fixed, the radio shutting off by itself, when dimming dash lights flicker, windows will randomly go up and down without touching the button, the the one that's a major safety issue the electric parking brake engaged on its own while driving down the road..I ended up with whip lash and who knows what else I'm waiting to get an MRI on my neck next week to see what else is wrong cause this happened on Sept 18th 2018 and I'm still having lots of pain. And I'm or so much money for doctor visits. I've tried everything possible so I am having to just deal with the pain in my neck and the nerve pain it send down my arms and hands. Worst pain I've had to ever deal with. So I feel Jeep should buy it back and just get me in what I want even if it's the loaner truck in currently in cause my Jeep has been to the show 3 or 4 times for electrical issues.. And pay all my medical bills that had to do with my neck including reimburse me what I've paid out of pocket and missed work due to this. This all happened before I paid my 3rd payment

Jeep has been giving me problems since I brought it. Ready to trade it if I could owe too much then it is worth.
