The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The contact stated while driving at 45 MPH, the sun visor had detached both the driver and passenger sides. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the sun visor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
