Gladiator Sport 3.6L

There is a recall on 2020 Gladiators, but when I took mine to the dealership, they informed me that my Gladiator doesn’t fall under the recall, even though it’s doing the same thing as the recall. My dash lights, my entire dash lights, have gone out while driving on I75 at 75 mph. It has happened 4 times now. The last time it happened, my start/stop light came on and stayed, and it doesn’t work now. That whole panel of my dash is messed up. When I start my Gladiator, the air conditioner turns on full blast and my rear window defogger/heated mirrors come on also. I cannot turn them off. They stay on for a couple of minutes and finally go off on their own. Then and only then can I adjust the settings to where I need them to be.

I have 5 different phone numbers, which all lead me to dead ends. Either they don’t work or I get passed around to different places get nowhere…and 3 different emails for corporate and not one of them work. I am getting no where.
