When making a left hand turn while traveling at low speeds, consumer noted a loud noise and smelled rubber burning. Pulled to the side of the road, and discovered the bracket on the front axle stablizer bar broke loose. Also, bracket was rusted. Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer has yet to replace parts. Consumer made repairs.
