Horn stuck "on" aproximately 6 times over the past year.dealer states bad horn contacts.had horn contacts replaced in steering wheel, dealer says defective airbag prohibits horn from working.horn now stays "on" all the time.dealer wants $700 to replace defective air-bag.in the process of contacting Chrysler home office.
