Dealer examined and replaced the control unit twice. No help. Idle speed is too low (400mph)! I want Jeep to do something. It's a lemon!

While in reverse and going into drive, the vehicle stalled unexpectedly which might have caused an accident. Also, when starting vehicle with the headlight switch on, the headlights go off when instructed to be on. Been to dealer several times. Dealer cannot determine problem, they say it might be the computer module, but have not fixed that part.
