1999 Grand Cherokee Jeep.. limited edition..the shocks freeze up or the fluid is freezing up..it is fine in the summer..but just as soon as it turns cold the shocks freeze. This Jeep is kept in a garage..not outside..it sounds horrible when you drive it. It starts as soon as it turns the least bit cold.
