- while changing the tire on her 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the jack was not functioning properly. The jack would only go up to a certain height, but not enough to raise the vehicle enough to change the tire. The contact couldn't provide a part number or serial number for jack. Updated 03/07/07
