Heat hasn't worked on passenger side of vehicle for 2 years. Asked dealer about it and they want over $1000 to repair. Just replaced radiator and now heat doesn't work on driver side. If Jeep actually checked customer complaint website they know that this problem is rampant around the country and they should recall the vehicle and pay to have this problem fixed. I purchased this vehicle used in 2003. Heat stopped working on passenger side by September and I purchased it in July.

Air conditioner (A/C) will put out heat when on full cold and neat will put out cold when on heat mode. Air will not blow out vents or defrost but blower motor is working. Started acting up last year and still does it.

My 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee has had a heater problem. It gets so hot that it can burn my fingers. Then all of a sudden on the passenger side the heat doesn't work it only blows cold air through the vent and on the floor. Also in the trasnmission when you come to a stop you can sometimes feel a loud thump like someone just rear ended you. It happens about 3-4 times a week.
