The contact owns a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the driver side window only rolled a quarter of the way down. Minutes later, the passenger side window dropped all the way down. She has not notified the manufacturer or a local authorized dealer. The failure and current mileages were 146,000.
