Several months ago, I had received a manufacturer safety risk recall letter in the mail. I then called my local Jeep dealer to request service to fix my vehicle. NHTSA recall number: 15V-046, manufacturer recall number: R06. They told me that these recalled parts were not yet available. They also told me that once they had became available that they would notify me by email to schedule a service appointment. I have never heard from them since. I am very concerned for my safety as well as any passengers in my vehicle.
