Grand Cherokee 4WD 6-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles
The contact owns a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While placing new tires on the vehicle, the bolt moved out of position. The contact's husband removed the tire from the vehicle and noticed the center line and the bolt. When he touched the bolt to see if it was tight enough, it fell off. He noticed that the bolt was rusted and disintegrating. The vehicle was taken to the shop and the contact was informed that the two end pieces of the centerline needed to be replaced. The VIN and engine size were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 45,000.
