windows just stopped working. Had to have passenger side window covered in plastic for about ten days. That was really annoying. And this caused me to be exposed to the possibility of water damage and theft. Then checking your website I found tons of people with the same problem. You'd think the company would have done something to take care of the problem, like maybe a recall , or notification and offer some discount on the repair.

Grand Cherokee Laredo 6

Have owned eight Jeeps from 1958 Willys to current 2004 Laredo. Chrysler really messed this one up. There should have been a recall for the wiring door problem a long time ago. Drivers side door sparking, shorting, danger of fire, not able to open windows or shut off interior lights. Found a YouTube fix that pinned it exactly on the black wire in the door wiring harness......a year later the same harness only this time the orange and white wire. Had to unhook battery because of sparking and interior lights not going off. Not sure I will go to Jeep #9
