2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, purchased on 02/19/2005 used vehicle with a 24,000 miles or less warranty. Purchase price was $20,342, mileage on vehicle was: 17268 at time of purchase. Problem: On 4/18/2007 I had to replace the transmission on this vehicle which cost me $3,018.99. Can I be reimbursed for this mishap? as a consumer I do not believe a vehicle that is 2 1/2 years old should have transmission problems such as the one I incurred with this vehicle. My present mileage is: 57959 thank you for your assistance in this matter
