The contact owns a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact suspects failure in her vehicle's universal joints. When she drives the vehicle, it makes a loud noise and shakes. When she shifts from reverse to drive, the noise stops. The mechanic confirmed that the failure was the universal joints.
