Takata recall my car leaks water inside, when it rain, whn I go to lock or unlock my car with the remote started it starts the car

While driving or parked with engine running all dash warning lights flash on and off any interior lights that are on turn off, radio turns off and heater/ac and fan turn off for a couple seconds then turn back on. Usually the check engine light will then stay on for a few more cycles. Engine, power steering and brakes and head lights all continue to work throughout the cycle. This will happen numerous times in one day or go for a month without doing it at all.
