The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While refueling the vehicle, the vapors from the fuel tank would not allow fuel to flow evenly into the fuel tank. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to whitten brothers of ashland (11409 Washington hwy, ashland, va 23005, (804) 798-6071) where it was diagnosed that the vent valve failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was unknown.
