08/Jeep /Grand Cherokee/4 door wagon, lower bumper is falling off, it has been replaced two times and repaired several times at least four times. I am at the point I am scared to drive the car afraid that the bumper will fall off and cause a accident. I do not want to cause someone to get hurt.
