The contact owns a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact noticed that the ignition switch was in the off position. The vehicle was towed to the dealer (golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 2405 S telegraph rd, bloomfield hills, mi 48302, (248)-334-3600) where it was diagnosed that the ignition switch failed. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 133,000.
