The contact owns a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that his vehicle was equipped with a backup camera but the picture was of such poor quality and out of Focus. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who replaced the camera but the picture was still of poor quality. The manufacturer was contacted and a claim was filed. The contact was also told that a representative would give him a return call. The failure and current mileages were 6,000.
