The GPS stopped downloading address information in August '13, just after the warrantly ended.
The Jeep dealer said to bring it in, they'd hook up the computer to see what was wrong for about $120. If it was what they thought, the $ would go toward the "updating" of the GPS which they think it might need.
When we purchased the car from a dealer, we were not told of the necessity to pay for upgrades every so many years to keep it functioning. Not sure if that is what needs to take place or not. Again, with low miles and only being 2-3 years old, my expectations would be high enough to assume the GPS (which is rarely used) would still function properly.
