Grand Cherokee V6

  • 18,000 miles

Have had this panel replaced twice and each time I have to get in line for service to look at it and then they tell me after an hour and ½ that they have to order the panel. Then I have to call them to find out if the part has come in. When I get back to have it installed its another 1½ to get the panel put in.

The plastic panel part on the back of the drivers seat keeps coming off. Took to dealer twice to have fixed. Hopefully it will stay on now.
