driver seat crooked/off center from factory

Problem since new. Dealer states seat is within factory limits and nothing can be done. Constant back problem--impossible to drive long distance without pain. In the last 4 Grand Cherokee's I have owned, have never had such a problem. Corporate not responsive to this problem.
