I've been receiving recall notices on a Jeep I purchase last February (used) on recalls P14, P36 and P54. I continuously call Jeep to have these issues repaired and am told the parts are not available, Jeep hasn't shipped or they just have too many recalls. How do I get my recalls fixed before I do have a crash?? I am concerned.

Dealer reports that "they are working on customers who responded in June, 2014 and will get to us as Chrysler releases more parts." Six months seems like an unreasonably long time to wait for recall parts.

I don't want my family at risk during the winter months with the brake booster issue, or stranded on the side of the road as a result of the fuel pump issue. Please consider this my formal complaint against Chrysler group llc.

We received a recall for the brake booster. So we made an appointment in July and took it in to ferrario car sales in wysox pa. They told us they would call us in a month or two to get it fixed. In early October, I personally went to ferrario and asked about the recall. They told me they were still waiting on parts, indefinitely. I also asked them about the sun visor recall and was told they needed to see it but it would be the same result. Now we have received a recall notice on the fuel pump relay. But why have these recalls if the dealerships will not fix your vehicles. I have received three different recall notices and two about the fuel pump relay. I have tried to have the recalled parts fixed on my vehicle and have yet to be successful in getting the dealership to repair a single recalled item.

Never receiving a call, I called on December 19 and was told that we were #42 on a wait list to be called when the dealer had time to service the car, perhaps as late as April. This does not seem the "reasonable time" mentioned on the recall notice. Please help.
