Carbon like smell entering cabin, engine stalling, and check engine light on. Ginn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Covington Georgia stated they performed the recall repairs for the fuel relay wiring harness in June 2022 and the brake booster recall fix last week. The break booster recall is still showing unrepaired, and the stalling, fumes entering the inside of the Jeep is worse. The Jeep did not have a check engine light show up until after it left the CDJR service center. Due to dispute with the dealership that sold the vehicle putting an extended warranty in the paperwork, that I was not provided in writing yet its cost was added to the Jeep, the CDJR service center claimed the Jeep required $5700 worth of work to its HEMI V8 5.7L engine but they could not begin the work until I consented to the warranty providers $450 fee to teardown the engine for further diagnostics. I could not consent to something I was not provided it writing, so the Ginn CDJR refused to move forward and claimed they performed the last recall repair. They have refused to provide repair records and invoices. They also stated the Jeep is "driveable" when notifying me they would not fix it. Three weeks prior, as it was in their service center for three weeks, the service center instructed me not to drive it.

Recall 14V5300 - replacing fuel pump relay to prevent vehicle not starting and stalling was performed in November 2021. It has not solved the problem. Th Grand Cherokee still does the same thing. I replaced the relay that was replaced in the recall. No help. Chrysler Corp. did not fix the problem. A new recall needs to happen. This Grand Cherokee has stalled slowing down to come to a stop and when slowing down to turn at an intersection. This is very dangerous. It could cause an accident at the intersection. My vehicle has randomly turned off on me twice during moderate to heavy braking. The first time was on 8/20/2019 and the second time was on 12/3/2019. I believe my issue is related to recall V62 and I am voicing my displeasure in the amount of time it is taking Fiat Chrysler to design a remedy. This recall is actually recalling a prior recall, so I would scrutinize the engineering team that they can actually come up with a sufficient remedy, but I suppose that's not my point. My point is my vehicle and over 500,000 additional vehicles are on the road with a problem that is extremely hazardous with no eta in sight. (recall related incident)

Started having a transmission slip in 2nd gear repair shop looked things over and said transmission fluid was a little low and I was leaking transmission fluid due ac condenser going bad. Had it replaced, no more leaking transmission fluid but transmission still acting up now. Was told it was most likely due to the leak and trans fluid getting low. After reading up I guess this is a common issue and should be recalled. Obviously these A/C condenser units are faulty. Now I have a transmission that could have been avoidable if Jeep would have let owners know about the ac condenser issue or made that a unit that has to get replaced after so many miles.

Two issues with this vehicle. First, at 99,000 the camshaft began to fail due to excessive wear. The vehicle is now burning an excessive amount of oil and fuel. I am told that the engine needs to be replaced, but the dealership and Chrysler refuse to repair/replace under warranty. Second, the vehicle constantly stalls while driving. This happens 1-2 times per month, typically when breaking for a stop, or breaking to make a right hand turn. Very dangerous. Dealership was unable to identify the problem, but I see literally hundreds of complaints from people who have the same problem.

I have a 5.7 hemi in my Jeep. The vehicle stalls when slowing down, and making a right hand turn off of a highway. This has happened 8 times in the 2 years that I have owned the car. It happened once when I was slowing down for a speed zone on a straight road. The vehicle gives no warning that it is going to shut down. Our local Jeep dealer did some diagnostics, but found nothing. From what I have read it seems to happen to the 5.7 engines. I don't like driving the car with anyone in it for fear of getting rear ended if it stalls, and people are behind me.
