I have a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee (bought it in 2012), several months ago the key fob would not unlock the doors, thinking the battery needed replacing I did that. That worked for about a day. Then one day (it was raining) I came out of work and the windows were down! Can't tell you how upset I was because I thought I'd left them down! But NO.... now this has happened several times, the latest being yesterday and today!! This will also happen when I start to get out of the vehicle, the door locks will lock and unlock and then the windows will roll down!! Plus sometimes I come out to find the head lights are on! Also last week I had to have the motor mounts replaced and that's wasn't cheap! My vehicle is paid for and I DON"T want another vehicle. If I take it to the dealer ship it probably would not do it for them (more time off from work). Plus I've already taken it to them twice for recalls and then they tell me they don't have the parts, after I had set up an appointment to have the recalls taken care of, and I had to take time off work!! I am a single woman and work hard for my money and I am so frustrated at this Jeep I could scream. Just wonder has anyone else had these problems and if so how was it fixed?
