fuel cap indicator light on

Fuel cap indicator light on and off at will.

I always re tighten and it will go off after a few days.

Dealer says I need a new cap, but it really looks completely fine, also the seal.

I think it relates to the other well known electrical problems, and ties in to the TIPM problems...
