The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that water entered through the roof of the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously repaired per NHTSA campaign number: 15V879000 (electrical system, interior lighting). The local dealer (troncalli Chrysler Dodge Jeep 818 atlanta road, cumming, ga 30040) informed the contact that the failure was not related to the recall repair. The manufacturer was contacted and confirmed that the failure was unrelated. The failure mileage was approximately 90,128. Updated 11/06/17
