The fuel gauge on my vehicle was not working. I took the car to berglund Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership in roanoke, va for recall 19V-813 (manufacturer recall V62), just in case the fuel pump relay was causing the issue. They refused to perform the recall due to lack of availability of the part, though I was told that the part would take 5-7 days to arrive when I made the initial appointment. They also did not perform an interim repair to address fuel pump failure (they offered to fix the fuel pump for $2100). The dealership refused any further communication to address my questions and concerns about the recall/when the part would be available.

In 2019 my engine light went on with code P0520 - oil pressure sensor. I replaced the oil pressure sensor and the engine light came back on a month later with the same code P0520, so I replaced the oil pressure sensor for a second time. Less than a month later I began getting a generic code P06dd. I have sense replaced the oil pressure sensor a 3rd time along with the oil filter housing and oil pump. It was fine for about a week but then code P0520 - oil pressure sensor returned. There issue is not mechanical and no one has been mechanical as all of the parts associated with the code have been replaced repeatedly. Nobody is able to resolve it and I cannot pass inspection until they do.

I have had severe electrical problems with this car. The car randomly shuts down while I am driving which puts me and my family in very dangerous situations. It looks like there is a recall intended to address this issue but it sounds like they do not have a solution yet. The issue is getting worse and worse and I am not in a position to buy a new car right now. What do I do? (recall related incident)
