The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving at 50 mph, the vehicle overheated and the coolant warning light illuminated. The contact pulled off the road into a parking lot, looked under the hood, and noticed all of the fluid had drained. The dealer stated that the radiator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact notified the manufacturer of the radiator failure. The failure mileage was 50,900.
