Grand Cherokee Altitude 5.7L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 36,900 miles

At 36,900 miles engine started to make a grinding noise, most likely a bearing going. When I popped the hood, it sounded like it was coming from the water pump. Took it into the dealer and they confirmed it was indeed the water pump. It was replaced under warranty. Just took the dealer a few days to have time to fix it.
