problem #1

Nov 162015

Grand Cherokee Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 50,000 miles

The cargo cover has a plastic part to lift it to gain access to the spare tire.

It's made cheaply. The part broke as one of the screw holders snapped.

In order to replace this piece you must purchase the entire cargo cover as there is no replacement part,

The cost is 550.00 for a 25.00 part if it were available.

Chrysler refuses to produce the part.

I would never recommend any Chrysler to anyone.
