This is the third time this has happened in the 2 months I have owned this certified pre-owned vehicle.
When pressing the fuel door button, I can hear the fuel door release motor operate, but the door doesn't open.
I had them remove the body colored shell and manually move the little hook arm upward for the door to release.
I will be addressing this with the dealer this coming week
