Grand Cherokee Limited 3.6L

Really bad Vibration in steering wheel. Purchased at Metro in Chicopee, MA. Have had this in their shop 5 times for same Bad Vibration. I have bought new tires. Brought new tires back because Metro tells me "those tires you bought are junk" Bought New Michelin's still has bad Vibration. Metro tells me its not the Jeep! Rims are ok. I must be imagining that shaking and the message me and my passengers are getting. Have paid out of pocket money for LOF and they road tested Jeep. They told me, about the vibration!!

2 Sets of new tires. Michelin Road forced balanced 7 times Normal balance 4 times Other tire only shops have tried to get rid of shimmy and Bad vibration and they were unable to.

Time we look elsewhere on the Jeep.

From the time i took the delivery from the showroom im totally disappointed with this vehicle.. there are multiple issues but the one which is testing my nerves is steering vibration at 110km.. the dealer has already replaced the tires 2, 3 times but the problem still exists.. there was no problem for 10 days after replacing the tires last time but now again it started.. i have no idea what to do.. im tired of this vehicle.. biggest mistake..
